Upon inspection the well was observed to be equipped with a 7 casing string standing open with a Pharmaco well head present and the 2 flow lines resting on the 7 making the production string incapable to be seen from surface, there is a 2 production tubing string inserted in the Pharamaco well head and pumping rod string in the tubing, all valves (casing and tubing) are open and the well is set up to be produced by the means of a pumping unit. Troy Harmon will mobilize his service rig and pull the rods and tubing and tally the tubing to determine the well depth. The well will be plugged according to ORC once a plugging permit is received. |

Formation pumped a 100 sack 18.66 barrel slurry volume bottom plug with 1% calcium and 1% gel cement mix displaced to 1,300 with 3.874 barrels of fresh water with the well circulating approximately 1 barrel of production fluid during final displacement and 150 psi of lift pressure during the pumping of the plug.The rig pulled 16 tubing joints to 1,275 and then pumped a 300 51 sack 11.4 barrel slurry mix plug to cover the bottom of the 6.250 and finish isolating the top of the shot hole and bottom of the 6.625. A 74 sack 10.5 barrel total slurry mix surface plug was then set from 293 to surface with the hole being topped back off once the 2 tubing was pulled and the cement staying up to surface. |
