1510673924 2017-11-14 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On site inspection accompanied by ODNR Inspector Tom Thomas. Harmons Well Service rig is on the hole and Formation Cementing is the cement contractor. The well was set up with a pumping unit and the rig pulled the 1.900 diameter production tubing and pumping rods and removed the landing joint and seating nipple from the tubing and ran the tubing back in open ended to a total depth of 1,641 with a total measured depth of 1,651. The well was a documented shot hole completion and Formation Cementing pumped a 22.4 barrel absolute volume bottom plug consisting of 100 sacks of cement with 1% gel and 1% calcium additives. 10 barrels of gel spacer and loss circulation material was pumped ahead of the plug and 1 barrel of gel behind the plug with a total combined displacement of 3 barrels. The tubing was pulled up 1,241 and a 300 isolation plug was set inside the 6.625 casing of 11.2 barrels of cement with 50 sacks of cement and 1% gel and 1% calcium additives. The tubing was pulled up and the plug tagged at 1,101. The next plug was set from 1,041 to 741 with the well circulating during the pumping of the plug. The tubing was pulled up to 300 and a 16.8 barrel absolute volume surface plug was set consisting of 75 sacks of cement with cement to surface and staying up to surface.
1510754255 2017-11-14 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On this day, I accompanied ODNR Inspector William Stolarik. Please refer to his comments for a detailed report. Harmons Well Services is on location with a service rig and pump truck, while Formation Cementing is on location pumping cement. The well had a shot hole nitro completion, so 100 sacks of cement were pumped for the bottom plug, 51 sacks were pumped to isolate the bottom of surface, and 75 sacks were pumped for the top plug.
