Upon inspection the well was observed to have 10.625 diameter round conductor casing and 2 diameter round tubing with a valve on the tubing. The 10.625 casing is open with no well head in place. The well is not leaking gas or fluid and no flow lines or production equipment is present hooked to or in the area of the well. The well is located on Church grounds in close proximity to a cemetery. The well is being referred to the Orphan well program Inspector Cindy Vandike for review. |
