1885340678 2015-11-12 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations Exempt Well Pre-Transfer inspection found the following equipment present at the well head- 2 casing along with .750 production tubing with the production valves in the closed position, the 2 flow line appears to be severed near the well head and the 2 tubing is rusted completely in half at ground level. A single 100 barrel tank is on location but not connected to the well. No indications were found to indicate the well was producing or providing domestic gas to the residence on Twp 251 owned by but not occupied by the landowners. Photographs taken on this day.
