1422554059 2015-01-29 Production Wells No Violations On this day the following was observed at the well head 6.625 casing-2 tubing and pumping rods with the pumping unit removed from the well and no production lines hooked up, the well sits next to State Route 78 and has been idle and not producing for a number of years. No residence is located on this property.
1459440862 2016-03-31 Production Wells No Violations Domestic well inspection found the following equipment present at the well head -5.187 production casing- 2 tubing with pumping rods with the tubing head equipped with a 2 flow line plugged approximately 24 from the well head and the casing valve in the closed position. A single 100 barrel tank is present in the area of the well but not attached to the well head. Also noted on this day was a conversation I had with the individual operating the automotive service garage on the property who indicated the individual identified in the State RBDMS database as the domestic well owner has passed away, the individual also indicated the well has a hole in the casing and is not in use.

The contact information for the current landowner is (Bud Hamilton-740-567-3684) The previous owner whos name the well is registered under is deceased. The well is equipped with casing -tubing and rods along with a vent packer string. The well sits along State Route 78 in front of a Commercial Business. The well is being referred to the Orphan well program Inspector Cindy Vandike for review.
