1467141035 2016-06-28 Orphan No Violations Status check inspection found the well equipped with 10 conductor and 8.625 surface casing. The well is standing open and appears to have material inside of the casing at surface. There is no plugging permit in the database and no known owner. No further equipment was found in the area related to the said well. There is a documented note in the State RBDMS database indicating a Orphan well referral was conducted on 03/15/2005, I will follow up with the I&O program.
1760407681 2016-06-24 Orphan No Violations On this day, I attempted to access the well site but was unable to cross the tributary stream, due to high waters. A local resident (Troy Harmon) accompanied me to assist with the wellhead location, which had been reportedly standing open to the atmosphere and leaking gas.
