On this day I stopped by Modern Home and Hardware at 104 South Sycamore Woodsfield Oh 43793 and spoke with Lynn Reusser in regards to the well being registered in his name. Mr.Reusser indicated he had sold the well and minerals and they were now the possession of Dick Sulzberger. I informed Mr. Reusser that the well was still registered under his name with the Division and a transfer needed to be completed. Mr. Reusser agreed to complete the transfer and I coordinated with the Divisions surety and bonding section a current address for Mr.Reusser and requested a domestic transfer be mailed to Mr.Reisser. I also followed up with a field inspection to find the well equipped with casing-tubing and rods with the casing valve open and a domestic hook up present at the well head. |

On this day I visited the well site with my ODNR Supervisor Brent Bear and Scott Myers with the Ohio Attorney Generals Office. Upon inspection it was observed that the well was equipped with 4.5 production casing and 1.5 production tubing with a inverted style down hole pump in the well identified by the 1 plastic line attached to the top of the pumping tubing string. The fluid production string is not attached to the production tank in such a way to make it possible for the well to produce fluid. The 4.5 production casing string does have a 2 diameter valve attached and in the open position feeding into multiple 1 diameter lines with little joe pressure reducing valves on both of the 1 lines present. The well appears to be providing domestic house gas to the landowners property and I have spoken directly in person with the landowner Dick Sulsberger who indicated he was using the well for domestic purposes. I have informed the landowner that the well needed to be registered with the Division and I am referring the property owners information over to the Divisions Surety and Bonding Section and requesting a Domestic packet be sent to the landowner. The landowner does also have a commercial bond with several wells registered under the bond. The is registered with the Division under a previous landowner who did not transfer the well when the property was sold The contact information for the Dick Sulsbeger is 46800 Yoho Road Woodsfield Ohio 43793. |

There is a 100 barrel production tank situated directly behind the pumping unit. My request to transfer the well made to the registered owner Lynn Reusser last December has not been complied with. |
