Inspection of the wellhead found the well set up to sell gas off the 4.5 production casing with a 4 x 2 swage present with the production valves open and a domestic gas meter present. Both the landowner George Ander and the well owner Bill Stevens were on the property and we discussed the issues stated in the complaint concerning the production gas lines and location of the gas meter that is located on the BLM property, the landowner understands the lease agreement is a private matter not to involve the Division, the producer and landowner are working together to come to terms. |
