1067655929 2017-02-14 Production Wells No Violations On this day I stopped by Baker Equipment and discussed the well status with Steve Baker the alleged well owner. Mr. Baker indicated the production flowline had previously leaked and the well was shut in. The well is a swab well with 4.5 casing present only. I asked Mr. Baker to move foreword with making any repairs to allow the well to be put back into production. I also informed Mr. Baker that the well was not registered with the Division and provided Mr. Baker with the proper well information for the 4 wells present producing on the Joe Mallett lease.
1485445266 2017-01-26 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the following equipment present at the well head-4.5 production casing with a 4 x 2 reducing swage screwed into the casing and a 2 steel sales line hooked to the swage. The well is shut in with the sales line valve closed. No identification or production equipment is present. The well records indicate the well was not drilled but the vintage of the well head equipment dates the well to the period the well permit was issued during the 1980s.
