| 1457465789 | 2016-03-08 | Production Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection found the following equipment present at the well head-4.5 production casing-2.375 production tubing with a production tree along with pumping rods present and the well set up to be produced by the means of a pumping unit. Addressing the production flow lines- the 2commercial flow line off the production tubing is disconnected and the production valve is open, the 4.5 commercial 2 line has also been disconnected and the valve is closed- there is a 2 line broke down to (2) 1 in diameter PVC lines connected to the 4.5 casing with the valves in the open position and a pressure gauge present showing 20 psi. There is also a 2 steel line hooked into the surface casing. At the production fluid storage area a single 100 barrel production tank is present along with a commercial gas meter with no current sales chart present, a mechanical separator is also present. Also noted on this day was a conversation I had with the landowner a one Jeff Beaver (740-865-3693) Mr. Beaver indicated His family purchased the said wells (2) on the property from Heinrich Ent approximately 5 years ago. |
