Well does not appear to be pumped much,domestic hookup noted at wellhead.

1325790763 2012-01-05 Production Wells No Violations Inspection of well was done to follow-up with a complaint. Complainant alleged that the well was not in production and hadnt been for a while. Complainant claimed that no production had been submitted for the last two years. Landowner also stated that C G O said they were going to plug the well and began the process but pulled out. On day of inspection well was not capable of production. Well was unhooked and rods had been pulled some time earlier. No production filed for the last two years in RBDMS. Pictures were taken on day of inspection. I received a permit for a plug and abandon. I contacted Ed Crum and he said he has decided to plug the well.
1327686658 2012-01-25 Production Wells Violations Noted On the day of my inspection the well was still in same condition as prior report. I have been working with Ed Crum since 01/05/2012 and no progress has been made. The only change on site was the plug permit is now posted on the oil storage tank. The well is still not capable of production. Well shall be plugged. Pictures were taken on the day of inspection for documentation of violations noted.
1328554709 2012-02-01 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On day of inspection Andrew Corder and I observed Harmon Well service ripping pipe.Not able because of tool malfunction.
1328878899 2012-02-09 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On the day of my inspection I was following up with the previous compliance action. This well was plugged on 02/03/2012 by Harmon Well Services. ( see report for details) Contractor has welded the metal identification plate on the casing and leveled the soil back to grade. This well is now plugged and abandoned and has satisfied the requirements of the previous compliance action.
