There is (1) 210 barrel steel tank, (2) drip tanks, a vertical separator, domestic meter, and an orifice meter all contained within an earthen dike. The tank is properly identified and the production records are current. I spoke with Whitacre Enterprises pumper Kevin Winland during my inspection. |
