1533738571 2018-08-08 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On this day, I am conducting a preliminary restoration inspection. The site meets ORC 1509.072 with vegetation established and no substantial erosion. I found the well equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing and 1.9 inch diameter tubing with the production valves open. It is produced by means of a pumping unit with rods and an electric motor. The production facility is shared with permit number 2-4254. It consists of (2) 210 barrel steel tanks, (1) 2,100 gallon polymer tank, (2) drip tanks, (2) vertical separators, and (2) domestic meters all contained within an earthen dike. The production records are current as of 2016, and the tank is properly identified. I spoke with Bud Byers, of 2Byers Enterprises, and landowner, Roger Brown, during my inspection.
