1387403640 2013-12-18 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Compliance agreement numbers 246346925 & 1275962031 preliminary restoration follow up inspection found the well site too have established vegetation and erosion control with the drilling pits and equipment removed and proper well identification posted at both the well head and at the tank battery which contains 2-100 barrel tanks and is located at the end of Township Road 270. Restoration passed and previous unresolved violations resolved on this day.
