1800519763 2009-11-10 Production Wells No Violations Well has a pumpjack on the well producing.well was drilled recently and just checking the location to see what is being done with the flowback water.Rob and I stopped in to meet Jason Ludwig.This well was drilled among other old wells.
1922322546 2014-03-25 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Status check inspection found the restoration work meets ORC 1509.072 with the following equipment found at the well head 4.5 production casing- 1.5 tubing and pumping rods with the production valves open and the well set up to be produced by the means of a pumping unit, at the production fluid storage area a single 100 barrel production tank is present in an established dike area along with a mechanical separator and gas sales meter with proper well identification posted. A vertical 210 barrel tank was found along the lease road that has a 2 line leading back to the said wells storage tank that has a scald area of triangular shape measuring 120 x 75, photographs were taken and the district supervisor notified on this day, the coordinate for the 210 barrel tank are epe 13- 39.74739 x 81.19007. Jason Ludwig was notified on this day at 6:48pm that the extra 210 tank used for water needed diked and identified and the pollution on contamination needed to stop.
