1288906587 | 2010-11-04 | Completion Testing | No Violations | Inspection due to fracing of Gordon and Berea sands. Frac was completed, went well, then as leaving location noticed old well with scissor jack and central power was flowing oil. GPSd wells and they are 215 apart. Called landowner and he came out - is owner of well and had been producing them (4 wells), gas for the house. Oil color is green, discussion followed believing it to be Keener oil but also black oil coming from tubing which is believed to be Berea. No information on how deep old well is, owner thought @ 1600-1700 and said it was Berea but not sure they know. Permit no. for well that blew out is #65434 - not on Becks plat when this well permitted. Ray said he assumed this was an old well and shallow - not to the Berea but well blew out when Berea was fraced, not Gordon sand. Immediately dug ditch and pit, lined pit and directed oil flow into it. Probably shouldnt have fraced without knowing more about old well. New well was opened to relieve pressure slightly and this slowed down flow of oil well. Directed Ray to Pat Shreve to convey what happened tonight. Stressed that they needed to inform Columbus of what had happened, wait to hear what to do next before taking action. Ray claims good cement job on surface and longstring, provided e-log to show cement is up into surface casing. Approximately 1 bbl oil in pit when well stopped flowing. |
1288954242 | 2010-11-04 | Completion Testing | No Violations | Got a call from Cindy Van Dyke on a well blowout from communication from a frac.Iwent to location and there was oil and a pit in place to catch oil. There was communication. |

At 10:55am took measurements of well volume with Beck energy present. The two blue 500bbl tanks closest to the rig were down 4.The two black 500bbl tanks were 6 1/2 and 7down.The 5th 500bbl tank is blue and measured 5down. |
