Bill and I told them that since the permit stated that 340 ft of 8.625 in pipe was specified on the permit, that was what needed to be used. After that, Bill made phone calls to straighten things out.

1382443900 2013-10-22 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On this day at 8:00 Am I spoke with Corey from Northwood in regards to the surface borehole being drilled and He informed me they have lost their hammer bit drill head at 975 and are fishing trying to recover the lost tool.
1382603559 2013-10-24 Plug / Plug Back No Violations The said well was spudded on 10/18/2013 by G&LDrilling and 82 of 11.750 conductor set and cemented to surface. On the evening of 10/21/13 the 11 hammer bit cutting head was lost at 908. After trying unsuccessfully to recover the lost equipment the decision was made by Northwood to plug and skid, We set a 200 bottom plug through the drill string and then pulled up to 210 and spotted gel and a 5 bbl plug and let that plug set and cure for 2 hours before plugging from 180 to surface due to the well bore not properly circulating to surface. The driller did not that fresh a fresh water zone was encountered at 142.
1441188667 2015-09-01 Final Restoration No Violations Final Restoration Compliance Notice # 621463493 follow up inspection found that the original drilling pit is still open and has fluid present inside. Corey McCutchen with Northwood Energy was contacted on this day and informed verbally the restoration needed to be completed.
