But due to a 5 hour delay in Universal Well Services arrival and then a mechanical breakdown of the Universal Pump Truck it was the decision of the inspector with approval of His supervisor to let them plug the well accordingly, Circulation had been established and a loss circulation material pumped into the well bore before the truck malfunction leading up to the inspectors decision to leave the location due to the extensive amount of overtime hours already spent on the project. |
