1350171821 2012-10-13 Plug / Plug Back No Violations The said well was plugged due to a lost hole at a depth of 1793, Due to the bore hole collapsing the drillers were only able to get back down to 1405 with the bore hole dimension of 17.5. Inspector was on site for 10 hours to assist in the calculation of proper plug placement and to witness the plug job. But due to a 5 hour delay in Universal Well Services arrival and then a mechanical breakdown of the Universal Pump Truck it was the decision of the inspector with approval of His supervisor to let them plug the well accordingly, Circulation had been established and a loss circulation material pumped into the well bore before the truck malfunction leading up to the inspectors decision to leave the location due to the extensive amount of overtime hours already spent on the project.
