0020939214 | 2014-02-26 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Status check inspection on the drilling progress found the current drilling depth to be 12,561 in the 8.5 diameter production borehole with a current azimuth of 332.86 degrees and inclination of 90.52 degrees and a projected total well bore depth to be drilled of 18,370, the current oil based drilling mud weight is 13.7#. |
0352134533 | 2014-02-23 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Status check inspection on the drilling progress found the current drilling depth to be 8,710 with the current borehole position in the horizontal position with a current azimuth of 334 degrees and drilling mud weight of 13.2#. |
0431415917 | 2013-12-21 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Status check inspection on the drilling progress found the drilling company running in the hole with the drill string preparing to drill out from under the 18.625 surface casing. |
0581364483 | 2013-12-26 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On 12/24/13 I was notified that the rig crew had set the 13.375 intermediate casing down on bottom and the pipe was stuck at the shoe. On 12/2613 the 13.375 was perforated with 2 -3 hollow steel carrier guns with 18 shots in each gun, perforations were at 2181 to 2184 & 2190 to 2193, circulation was then established and the casing cemented by Allied Cement services, during the cementing the cement head on the truck failed at 294 barrels of product mixed, and the cement plug was then immediately dropped and pumped to 2161 and the well shut in no gel or cement returns to surface, the well was bond logged the next day showing a cement top at 50 from surface. |
0665188714 | 2014-01-06 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Status check inspection found the current well bore 12.250 2nd intermediate drilling section to be complete with a total depth of 7,399 drilled. The company is preparing to begin running the 9.625 casing. |
0890428127 | 2013-12-23 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Status check inspection found the current 17.5 well bore section has been completed to a depth of 2252 and the company is currently running a borehole deviation survey. The 13.375 proposed casing tally was received. |
1074761551 | 2019-02-07 | Production Wells | No Violations | On this day, I found the pad gated with signage at the entrance. There are (8) producing wells, (8) gas processing units, (4) 400-barrel steel production tanks within polymer-lined steel containment, and an Emergency Shutdown (ESD) button is present at the pad entrance. Concrete barriers surround the perimeter of the wellheads. Each well has identification and annular pressure monitoring devices equipped. The 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing has a pressure of 0 pounds per square inch (psi), and the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing has a pressure of 0 psi. It will be noted that in 2018 a slip had occurred along the southern slope of the pad and western slope of the lease road, prior to the pad. The slopes have since been graded, seeded, and erosion control in place. Currently awaiting new vegetation. |
1183201448 | 2018-03-07 | Production Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection found the well is equipped with a casing and tubing well head assembly with (2) manually operated valves on the tubing well head and one emergency shut down valve on the tubing tree production flow line. The well head casing flow line is also tied into the production flow line however the valves are in the closed position. The 13.375 and 9.625 casing well head assemblies have flowlines with valves and gauges installed to monitor annular pressure. The 13.375 casing well head pressure gauge reads 0 pounds pressure and the 9.625 casing well head reads 1,400 pounds pressure. On pad total is (8) complete wells supported by (8) gas processing units. Also on location is a production fluid facility consisting of a total of (8) steel construction tanks with a capacity of 400 barrels of fluid each, the tanks are situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. The well lease road entrance is gated and locked with signage posted at the entrance of the well pad and at each well head. The well pad has a stone surface along with the lease road. The well pad perimeter berm is of earthen material and in good repair. |
1211263296 | 2014-02-20 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | On the day of my inspection I witnessed that Patterson UTI Drilling Rig #332 had skidded from the 34111244240000 DK Carpenter 1H and was nippling up and preparing to trip in the hole with an 8.5 inch diameter bit to drill out the 9.625 inch float shoe at 7360 feet and begin drilling their curve. Met with Company Man Rick Mortimer and discussed 5.5 inch production casing cement job on the 1H and findings on walk around site inspection. |
1387627630 | 2013-12-21 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On 12/19/13, Patterson Drilling rig 332 is now on the hole and 361 of 18.625 surface casing was set and cemented to surface by Allied cement services using 768 sks of Class A 2% calcium .25# flow seal cement with 40 barrels of cement returns to surface and the casing pressure tested to 800 psi upon the landing of the plug. |
1388098360 | 2013-12-26 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | The 13.375 pipe was landed hard resulting in the pipe getting stuck in the bottom of the hole. The back side was loaded with KCL water and some clay stay- additives. The inside will be loaded and then perforated at a depth of 2195-2178. The cement company has pre-loaded a blend with .25lb per sack of cello flake in the blend. The second gun was chose to be ran due to a total of 290 barrels of cement slurry will be ran in the cement job. |
1388705338 | 2014-01-02 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Status check inspection on the current drilling progress found the current drilling depth to be 6460 using a 12.250 hammer bit and misting with water picked up in the borehole at 5033, the projected total depth for the current well bore segment is 7,399. |
1394028857 | 2014-03-05 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | Status check inspection on the drilling progress found Patterson Drilling rig 332 has completed the well drilling process with a total depth drilled of 18,279 with a 8.5 diameter borehole with the company currently running the production casing. |
1691078132 | 2013-11-01 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | The said well was spudded on 10/30/2013 with 100 of 26 conductor being set and cemented to surface. |
1717787029 | 2014-02-19 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Status check inspection found Patterson Drilling rig 332 rigging up on the 9.625 casing with 3rd party contractors on site completing the 21 day blow out preventer test with all test records recorded. |
