0558644842 | 2017-08-16 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was a status check on a production well. During my inspection the well was equipped with a production tree style wellhead with valves in the open position. Pressure gauges present read 4375 pounds per square inch on the tubing, 4943 pounds per square inch on the 5.5 inch diameter casing, 381 pounds per square inch on the 13.375 inch diameter first intermediate casing, 723 pounds per square inch on the 9.625 inch diameter second intermediate casing. The production equipment consisted of four 400 barrel tanks, five sand traps, and five gas production units. Identification was posted at the wellhead. |
1336841877 | 2016-10-28 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection today is to witness the 17,784 feet of the 23 pounds per foot 5.5 inch diameter production casing being cemented. Allied Oil and Gas Services is on location as the cementing contractor. 577 barrels of cement are proposed. Job was partially witnessed. |
1432862094 | 2015-05-29 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | 05/28/2015 -On site inspection to witness the conductor cement job found Express Energy has drilled a 36 x 100 conductor borehole and set 100 of 30 .375 wall casing with Express Energy Cement service on location to cement the casing using 275 sacks of class A-.50 pound per sack loss circulation material along with 2% calcium and 50% open hole excess cement with the cement displaced with 74.8 barrels of fresh water and good cement returns to surface with a constant lift pressure shown during displacement. |
1449614910 | 2015-11-10 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | Preliminary Restoration status check inspection found the area affected by the well pad construction has been restored with proper erosion control and vegetation in place. There is a total of 5 wells spudded on the pad, none of which are completed at this time. No production equipment is present on the well pad. |
1650566224 | 2019-05-02 | Production Wells | No Violations | On this day, I found the pad gated with signage at the entrance. There are (5) producing wells , (4) gas processing units with sand traps, (4) 400-barrel steel production tanks within steel containment, and an Emergency Shutdown (ESD) button is present at the pad entrance, tanks, and wellheads. Concrete barriers surround the perimeter of the wellheads. Each well has identification and annular pressure monitoring devices equipped. The 9.625 inch diameter intermediate casing has a pressure of 456 pounds per square inch (psi), and the 13.375 inch diameter surface casing has a pressure of 126 psi. The production records are current. |
1656398808 | 2016-10-28 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | During the time of my inspection the Patterson 801 Rig was running the 5.5 inch diameter production casing and planning on cementing this afternoon. |
