0749390114 | 2016-08-25 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | The inspection today revealed that H&P rig 531 has Schlumberger is on site and awaiting to cement the 2nd intermediate casing at 9940 feet measured depth. They have the casing set at 9885 feet measured depth and they plan on having a 2 joint shoe which is about an 85 foot shoe. |
1471233450 | 2016-08-14 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On site inspection to witness the surface-mine string cement job found H&P Drilling rig 531 on location and the rig has drilled a 24 borehole to a depth of 868with a mine void being encountered at 784 to 793. The rig then ran 824 of J-55 Buttress thread 87.50 lb./ft. casing with a guide shoe and float collar ran along with a Blackhawk External Casing Packer set at 653 with a stage tool directly above the packer set at 651, a cement basket was ran below the stage tool at 670. Schlumberger Cemented the casing string in a 2 stage cement process with the bottom section cemented to isolate the casing shoe and mine void using 300 sacks of class A cement displaced with a wiper plug to the float collar using 246 barrels of water, upon landing of the cement plug casing integrity was verified by pressure @ 300 psi with pressure then increasing to 360 psi to inflate the packer and then being increased to 500 psi to activate the DV tool circulating ports; allowing the upper section to be cemented by pumping 200 barrels of fresh water followed by 1,110 sacks of Class A cement displaced with 200 barrels of fresh water and the casing integrity once again verified by increasing displacement pressure to 500 psi over lift pressure. Cement returns were witnessed to surface upon the landing of the 2nd plug. The 18.625 casing shoe bottom section cement balance job is to be verified be before proceeding. |
1504198413 | 2017-08-31 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | Preliminary Restoration status check inspection found the well site meets ORC 1509.072 with the area affected by the well pad construction restored and vegetation established. The well pad perimeter is fenced with a 8 chain link fence and signage posted at the well pad entrance as well as at each well head and at the tank battery. Emergency shut down devices are located at the well pad entrance the tank battery and Gas processing units and also inside the remote transmission unit building, and finally at the well head. On location a total of (8) wells are present with all wells drilled- stimulated and completed with the production valves in the open position at the well head. Also present on the well heads is annular pressure monitoring gauges with zero pressure showing between the 13.375 and 9.625, and 750 psi between the 5.5 and 9.625. The company is monitoring and addressing any annular pressure. On the South side of the well pad is the production facility consisting of a total of (4) steel construction production tanks with a total of 400 barrels fluid capacity each. On the East side of the well pad is the production filtration and separation equipment consisting of a total of (8) gas processing units and (2 )dehydration units. Directly on the North East side of the well pad is the gas distribution point where the gas product is transferred over to Eureka Midstream. |

1638990987 | 2016-07-26 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | 07/26/2016- On site inspection to witness the conductor casing cement job. Precision Rat hole has drilled a 36 x 120 conductor borehole with no surface water encountered. 120 of 30 x .375 wall with weld connections conductor pie was ran. Universal Well Service cement company cemented the casing using 471 sacks of Type 1 cement with circulation established and 10 barrels of 6% gel ran ahead of he cement. Cement returns were witnessed at 50 barrels into a total of 91 barrels of fresh water displacement with cement visible inside the cellar and cement staying up to surface level. |
1708762680 | 2016-08-25 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Status check inspection on the well driling process found H&P Rig 531 on location with the 12.250 well bore total drilling depth recently reached at 9,940 Measured depth. The rig is running the 9.625 40 lb/ft HCP110 casing and Slumberger Cement Service is standing by to cement the casing. |
