0220614276 2019-01-24 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On this day, I found that only the conductor has been set, and a steel plate covers the cellar. There have been no changes since the previous inspection. There are (4) producing wells on the pad, and (4) additional wells that have had the conductor drilled and set. Concrete barriers surround the perimeter of the wells. The drilling permit expired 12/22/2017. The company will be contacted about the future intentions of the well.
0750224331 2015-12-31 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day inspection I witnessed that Express Energy Services had drilled a 32 inch diameter hole to the depth of 85 feet, hitting water at 35 feet and ran 85 feet of 26 inch 102.63#/ft conductor pipe. Express gained circulation and cemented pipe with 275 sacks Class A cement with 2% CaCl and .5#/sk. of floseal. Cement was displaced with 46.5bbls of fresh water and had good cement returns of 18bbls to surface. Simultaneous operations were ongoing with Patterson UTI Drilling Rig #343 preparing to trip in the wellbore on the 34111246220000 Layton 3H and drill out the 9.625 inch float equipment.
1493057972 2017-12-29 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check on site inspection and well drilling update. Initially the 4 Atwater unit wells were spudded and conductor only was set. The company also set the mouse holes for the drilling operation. There is a steel plate set over the cellars and concrete barriers around the perimeter for safety purposes. No rig is present and only 4 of the 8 proposed wells on the pad were initially completed. The drilling permit expired 12/22/2017.
