2017-04-04 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | Status check inspection to document Nomac Drilling rig 137 is skidding over to the well and will spud the well drilling a 24 surface borehole to an approximate depth of 700. 18.625 diameter 87.50 pound per foot casing will be ran and set in the well bore. Stingray Cement Service shall cement the casing using 216 barrel 1012 proposed class A cement mix with 30% open hole cement.
2018-04-24 | Completion Testing | No Violations | Status check inspection found the well drilling and completion process complete and a workover rig on location owned by Hybrid Drilling currently drilling out the completion plugs on the # 4 well on location with the said well (the # 5) left to complete. The well head assembly is a Cactus Well head and the tubing head will be a 15,000 (psi) pound per square inch rated tubing flow cross assembly consisting of 3 manual valves and an emergency shut down valve capable of being remotely operated by design when final hook up of the production equipment is complete. The well head A&B sections have double valves installed on both the outlet ports and flow line risers above grade level inside the cellars with pressure gauges installed to monitor annular pressures. The company is monitoring and recording all annular pressures daily.
2016-12-16 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | I was on location to witness Stingray Cementing LLC set a 26 inch diameter conductor inside a 32 inch diameter hole. When I arrived on location Gulfport was setting another conductor in the second hole on site. Gulfport was planning on cementing that day and, Gulfports Company man on site Nick Berelsman made the decision to wait until it was fully set to pump both one after the other. When Stingray finally rigged up to pump this well we ran the pressure test on Stingrays lines and it pressured up. We found the lines to have frozen over inside and needed to be changed out. After Stingray changed out their lines they ran a 15 barrel freshwater gel and 10 barrels of freshwater ahead of the cement. Stingray then ran 60 barrels of cement and, finished up by displacing the cement with 62 barrels of fresh water. Stingray circulated 20 barrels of cement back to surface. Stingray used 280 sacks of class A cement with 3% CaCL2, and .25 parts per sack of celluseal. The cement weight 15.6 pounds per gallon and had a yield of 1.21.
2017-04-06 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | 5:00 AM-On site inspection to witness the surface casing cement job with Nomac Drilling rig 137 on location along with Stingray Cement Service. The rig has drilled a 24 surface borehole to a measured depth of 720, the coal seam was marked at 587 to 593. The rig has installed 719 of 18.625 diameter 87.5 lb/ft J-55 grade casing with a guide shoe and float collar casing equipment ran along with 7 centralizers. The casing was cemented by Stingray Cement Service with 25 barrels of 6% gel spacer ran ahead of the cement followed by a 218 barrel class A cement slurry consisting of 1025 sacks of cement with 1.5% calcium and 0.025 pound per sack celluseal. The cement was displaced with 208 barrels of fresh water and the casing was pressure tested to932 psi total or 500 psi over displacement pressure upon the landing of the cement plug. Cement weight was verified by weight of scale 3 times throughout the job. 40 barrels of cement returns were witnessed to surface. Off location 12:00 pm.
2018-05-21 | Completion Testing | No Violations | Status check inspection on the well completion process found a total of 5 wells on the well pad and all 5 have had the drilling - stimulation and completion process stages completed. All wells have 2.875 production tubing set in the well bore. All production equipment is set and the wells are awaiting the initial flow back stages. A flow back company is on site identified as J&A Service, the company has flow back iron plumbed into each well head and is currently pressure testing their equipment to 8,000 pound per square inch working pressure before commencing the initial flow back production operations in the next 24 hours. All well bore annular pressure is being monitored and is being addressed accordingly with pressure reducing valves set to release pressure above line pressure of 1,000 psi.
