0899226333 2017-09-28 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Status check inspection on the well drilling process found Pioneer Drilling rig # 73 on location. The rig has drilled a 12.250 intermediate well bore to a measured depth of 8,886 off of a drilling rig Kelly Bushing heigth of 28.6. The rig ran 8,886 of 9.625 casing. The rig is standing by for a total of (4) additional conductors to be set and at that time will drill the (4) wells top hole section before drilling a (5) wells on the pad curve and lateral section.
0942215738 2017-12-05 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On site status check inspection found Pioneer Drilling rig 73 on location and rigging up on the said well to finish drilling the 8.5 production borehole curve and lateral. The well previously was drilled to the point of setting the 9.625 intermediate casing string.
1054205224 2018-06-18 Completion Testing No Violations On this day, I am conducting an inspection per request of ODNR Inspector William Stolarik. I spoke with Company Man, Ken Miller, during my inspection. (10) wells were drilled on the pad. They are currently plumbing the intermediate and surface casing, at the wellhead, and preparing to install pressure monitoring devices. The grates will be replaced over the cellar, when they are finished.
1395966330 2017-12-13 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Onsite status check inspection during the 5.5 diameter production casing long string cement job. Pioneer Drilling rig # 73 is on location and has drilled a 8.5 diameter well bore to a measured depth of 17,981 measure from a drilling rig Kelly Bushing heigth of 28.6 above ground level elevation. The drilling rig has inserted 5.5 diameter 20 pound per foot HPP-110 grade casing to a measured depth of 17,761 with a casing guide shoe and float collar ran along with 3 RSI sleeves in the bottom 249section of the casing string. On site to cementing the casing is Stingray Cement Service who is cementing the casing using a 208 barrel absolute volume 14.6 pound per gallon lead cement mix followed by a 15.6 pound per gallon 501 barrel absolute volume tail cement mix. The calculated top of cement in the well bore is 1,428.
1431045210 2018-09-24 Completion Testing No Violations Status update inspection found a total of 10 wells present on this well pad. All 10 have been drilled and not completed. Each well is equipped with a lower A and upper well head section with 2 diameter riser pipes present on each section with valves and gauges present on each section for annular pressure monitoring. The casing head does have a multi valve set up with a mechanical gauge present. No tubing is in the well. No production equipment is present on the well pad other than the 3rd party mid stream pipeline. The well pad does have an earthen berm in place. The well pad surface and lease road is of stone construction and in good repair. Addressing the preliminary restoration. There is an area along the lease road that is within the well site boundary that was recently disturbed by the installation of a transportation pipeline. There is also a area on the West side of the well pad that was disturbed and vegetation not established. Larger diameter wooden poles are set on the East side of the well pad along the pad surface boundary for sound barrier during stimulation. There are (2) 12 diameter trunk lines that have been laid along the well pad perimeter, these lines are fresh water lines to support the stimulation process. The lease road does have a gate present.
1505152104 2017-09-11 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the conductor casing cement job with Precision Rat hole services rig on the hole and Stingray Cementing Service. The rig has drilled a 30 diameter borehole to a measured depth of 110 from ground level. The rig then inserted 110 of 26 diameter .375 wall weld connection casing. Stingray cemented the casing with a 43 barrel cement mix consisting of 200 sacks of class A cement with a 15.6 pound per gallon weight and 1.21 yield. The cement was displaced with 59 barrels of fresh water with cement returns witnessed to surface.
1505997152 2017-09-21 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection at 21:00 hours to witness the surface casing cement job with Pioneer Drilling rig # 73 on the hole along with Stingray Cement Service and Wyoming Casing Service. The rig has drilled a 17.5 diameter borehole to a measured depth of 1,408 and inserted 13.375 casing to 1,408 with a casing guide shoe and float collar ran along with nine casing centralizers providing casing standoff from the well bore. The rig circulated the last 2 casing joints in and was experiencing mechanical difficulties with the top drive assembly. I verified the casing in the hole and circulation and confirmed the cement calculations before leaving location at 23:00 pm. The company Superintendent Curtis Stephens notified me the next morning at 05:00 am that the job was complete and circulation was maintained throughout the job and full calculated cement returns of 49 barrels were witnessed to surface.
1506432489 2017-09-26 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations On the day of my inspection I found that the rig had drilled to a depth of 8,912 feet MD. They are currently tripping in the hole with a reamer rod preparing the hole for 9 5/8 inch diameter casing.
899226333 2017-9-28 0:00: DD No Violations 0.50
