0704611126 2019-04-22 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On this day, I am accompanied by ODNR Inspector Rick Brown. Monroe Drilling has the RD20 rig on the hole and drilled the 12.25 inch diameter borehole to a depth of 115 feet. They inserted 9.625 inch diameter conductor casing to a depth of 101 feet. Formation Cementing is on location with a bulk truck and pump truck. Circulation was established and they pumped 7 barrels of gel ahead of cement, followed by 60 sacks of Class A cement (7.3 barrels) with a 1.18 yield and 15.6 pounds per gallon. Good cement returns were witnessed at surface.
