0411015102 | 2017-11-08 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On site inspection to witness the surface casing cement job with H&P Drilling rig 608 and Schlumberger Cement Service. The rig has drilled a 17.5 diameter surface borehole to a measured depth of 1,612 off of a drilling rig Kelly Bushing heigth of 27.5 above ground level. The rig inserted 1,565 of 13.375 diameter J-55 grade casing with the first 536 of casing ran being 61 pound per foot and the remainder above that being 54.5 pound per foot. A casing guide shoe and float collar were ran with proper casing centralization demonstrated. Schlumberger cemented the casing by first pumping 275 barrel of fresh water followed by 20 barrels of 6% gel spacer followed by 270 barrels of cement consisting of 1,276 sacks of class A cement with the cement weight verified at 15.6 pound per gallon by weight of scale. The cement was displaced to the float collar with 231 barrels of fresh water with a final displacement pressure of 639 psi at 3.9 barrel per minute and the casing pressure tested to 1,200 psi upon the landing of the plug. |

1516154812 | 2018-06-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | Status check inspection found the well drilling and completion process now complete and the well in production. The well is selling off the 7&1/6 primary completion lower master valve. There are multiple emergency shut down devices present on the production tree outlet flow lines. Annular pressure monitoring is in place on the well head with 1,600 psi on the 9.625 casing head and zero psi on the 13.375 casing head section. 2 producing wells are present on the pad with emergency shut down control buttons at all work areas on the well pad including the entrance point. Situated on the well pad is the production fluid facility consisting of a total of 3 steel construction 400 barrel capacity production tanks that are situated inside a polymer lined steel containment dike area. There is a Eureka Midstream pipeline receiving point also on the well pad. The entire well pad is enclosed inside a 8 chain link fence area with signage posted at the entrance point of the lease road and well pad. The lease road is of paved construction up to the pad entrance. |
