I found the pad gated with signage at the entrance. There are (3) producing wells, (3) gas processing units, (3) 400-barrel steel production tanks within steel containment, and an Emergency Shutdown (ESD) button is present at the pad entrance. Concrete barriers surround the perimeter of the wellheads. Each well has annular pressure monitoring devices equipped. Greg Davis, Equinor Representative, was notified to label the gauges and wellheads with proper identification. Mr. Davis also stated that annular pressures are monitored daily. It will be noted that a third-party contractor, FMC Technologies, is onsite with secondary sand traps. The production records are current. |

All stimulation support equipment is situated on polymer liner. The well head completion stack consists of a primary master valve situated atop the B section of the well head followed by a hydraulic master valve then the well head flow cross. Atop the flow cross is a upper hydraulic master valve followed by the pressure lines before the wireline head attachment point. There is a separate accumulator control for each well on the pad. The well completion operations are to begin in the next 48 hours. |

The stage will be perforated between the depths of 19,827 and 19,993 and a completion plug will be set at 20,010. The company is monitoring all annuli electronically. All stimulation and support equipment is placed on polymer containment. |
