1537720397 2018-09-23 Casing String Witnessed No Violations The said well was spudded on 09/22/2018 by Precision Rat Hole with a 30 diameter surface borehole being drilled to 120 from ground level elevation, fresh water was encountered at 50. The rig inserted 121.5 of 24 diameter .375 wall 94.6 pound per foot weld connection casing. Stingray cement the casing on this day using a 62.5 barrel slurry volume consisting of 290 sacks of class A cement with 2% calcium and 1/4 pound per sack loss circulation material. The cement weight was verified at 15. pound per gallon by weight of scale and the cement yield was 1.2 by design. The cement was displaced with 57 barrels of fresh water with cement returns witnessed to surface at 45 barrels into displacement, the cement did fall back to 15 below the bottom of the cellar floor and will be topped off the following day.
1545874152 2018-12-26 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On site inspection to witness the surface casing cement job with H&P Drilling rig 608 on location along with Schlumberger Cement Service. The rig has drilled a 17.5 diameter surface borehole to a measured depth of 1,919 from a drilling rig Kelly Bushing heigth of 28.6 above ground level elevation. Upon reaching total depth the rig conditioned the well bore with several soap sweeps on air before pulling the drill string and inserting the 1,846 of 13.375 diameter J-55 grade 54.5 pound per foot casing. The rig loaded the well bore with fresh water while running the casing and Schlumberger Cemented the casing using a 330 barrel cement mix consisting of 1,570 sacks of class A cement. The cement weigh was 15.6 pound per gallon by weight of scale and the yield was 1.18. The cement was displaced to the float collar with 277 barrels of fresh water with 62 barrels of cement returns witnessed to surface and the cement returns weighed at 15.1 pound per gallon by weight of scale. The casing was pressure tested to 1,290 pounds pressure for 5 minutes upon the landing of the cement plug. The casing floats held.
