The site is being built and the new well is not currently spudded. On 6/11/2019, Kerry Brown of Monroe Drilling had been notified about the concern. I also contacted ODNR Permitting Geologist Aaron Evelsizor. I spoke with Mr. Dean Christman (DC Oil & Gas) in regard to the spacing of API 34-111-6-1058 (Howell Sam #2) and the location of API 34-111-2-4869 (McCoy #1). The wells are located approximately 65 feet apart. I informed him that he would need to contact ODNR permitting, prior to commencing drilling the new well, to discuss his options for spacing. |
