0608292815 2018-04-18 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I am accompanied by ODNR Survey Technician Luke Smith to verify the well permit number. The well is equipped with 6.625 inch diameter casing with the valve open and connected to a 2.375 inch diameter flowline. There is also 2.375 inch diameter tubing open to the atmosphere. The well is now produced as an open-flow well, but was previously produced by means of a pumping unit. The rods are still present within the well, but the pumping unit has been removed. I spoke with well owner, Mike Howell, and he stated that the well primarily provides domestic gas to the landowner. The production records are current.
