Upon inspection the following was observed as present at the well head-6.625 production casing -2 production tubing and pumping rods with the production valves in the open position and the well set up to be produced by the means of a pumping unit. A single 50 barrel capacity production tank is present on location near the well head. Identification is posted on the well. No violations noted on the day of my inspection. |
