0992978396 2013-09-25 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Status check inspection on the plugging of the well with prepared clay. Howells personal service rig was on the hole and the oil had been bailed off prior to commencement of plugging, they were working on plugging by shoveling clay into a mixing trough and letting it gravity feed down the well bore periodically stopping for a period of 20 to 30 minuets to let the product settle and checking to see that the product was not bridging in the well bore. They shall continue to work on plugging the well to surface over the next 3 to 4 days giving the clay time to settle and compact in the well bore. I was on site 2 times throughout the day and will continue to monitor their progress.
1380068808 2013-09-24 Plug / Plug Back No Violations On this day I spoke with Mike Howell and he informed me they would be starting to plug the said well with clay on 09/25/13 and the measured depth of the well was 1517, He informed me they had the 18 tons of prepared clay on location. I also informed the US Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management Inspectors due to the well being located on the Wayne National Forest.
