| 1497190860 | 2018-04-13 | Production Wells | No Violations | On this day, I found the well equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing with the valve open venting to the atmosphere, and 2.375 inch diameter tubing with the valve closed. It is produced by means of a pumping unit with a gas engine, tubing, and rods. There is (1) 50 barrel steel tank and (1) 500 gallon polymer tank within an earthen dike. The production facility is shared with permit number 6-4778. It will be noted that there is standing water within the dike. The water was tested with Low Range Quantabs with a result of 0.6 units, which doesnt register on the scale for salt concentration. The production records are current, but the identification needs updated. Pictures were taken during the inspection. Owner, Mike Howell was contacted about the issue. |
