1346094714 2012-08-14 Production Wells No Violations I met with the landowner Roger Brown who filed a complaint on several wells on his property. They are owned by Andy Radazak of Beaver Oil Company. Andy no longer owns the mineral and Roger wants Andy to remove the oil field debris. Bill and I are going to work with Andy on this issue.
1461079871 2016-04-19 Production Wells No Violations On this day I visited the production facility and notified the producer that they needed to post proper well identification. 2-100 barrel production tanks are present in an established dike area.
