| 1524260879 | 2018-04-13 | Production Wells | No Violations | On this day, I found the well equipped with 6.625 inch diameter casing with the valve open and 2.375 tubing open with no valve in place. It is produced by means of a pumping unit with a gas engine, tubing, and rods. There is excessive paraffin around the wellhead that will need to be maintained. There is (1) 100 barrel steel tank with identification, and a small earthen dike nearby, but not encompassing the tank. The production tank is also shared with permit numbers 6-4771 and 6-5309. It will be noted that the dike is filled with approximately 1 barrel of an unknown dark fluid. Pictures were taken during the inspection. Production numbers are current. Well owner, Mike Howell, was contacted and informed of the issues. |
