Historically the well also has an unresolved violation identified as Compliance notice # 388968768 issued on 03/15/2015. The well was observed to be equipped at surface with a 6.625 diameter casing string along with a 2 diameter tubing string with a casing valve attached and in the closed position and no casing flow line attached, the 2 diameter tubing has a tubing head attached with a production valve present in the open position and a 1.5 diameter plastic flow line attached to the tubing production valve. The well is set up to be produced by the means of a pumping unit with no means of a drive mechanism present on the unit. Also on location near the well head is a single steel construction production tank. Photographs were taken on this day and recent contact has been attempted by phone to the registered well owner Scott Cisler with no return phone call. |
