A single 100 barrel production tank is present in an established dike. It was also observed that a fluid knock out separator is present on top of the production tank with a 1 discharge line exiting the dike and leading to a point in a defined wet weather ditchline at a know point of EPE 9 -39.64416 X 81.04945 in which it was observed that a brine scald was present along with stressed vegetation and salt mineral deposits. At 8:39 am the affected inside the ditch line area was photographed and standing fluid was tested for chlorides using both High and Low range Quantab field strip tests with reading exceeding the low level tests at 611 and parts per million and the high level tests at 6,171 parts per million with the tests being administered at a point of; EPE 9-39.64397 X 81.04966. Also noted was a Ohio Oil Gathering run ticket on the tank battery from 04/30/2015 indicating a total of 40 barrels of crude oil was shipped out with the producer name identified as Genesis Resources LLC. Instructions are as follows; Stop the surface discharge of production fluid and remediate the affected area-Post proper well identification in a conspicuous place.
