1108547629 2015-11-17 Production Wells No Violations Production well status check inspection found the well equipped with 4.875 casing -2 tubing and pumping rods with the production valves open and the well being produced by the means of a pumping unit and both the casing and tubing flowlines connected. A single 100 barrel production tank is present. The well is being used primarily for domestic house gas purposes and the producer Mr. Pat Shapley who accompanied me on this day indicated the well was originally drilled in 1914 to the Kenner sand formation and deepened to the Berea Sand in 1954.
