1206715961 2019-02-04 Production Wells No Violations On this day, I found the well equipped with 6.625 inch diameter production casing, 2 inch diameter tubing, and a 1 inch diameter vent. The 1 inch vent has a plastic flowline attached with the valve in the open position. The flowline attached to the tubing does not have a valve present. It is setup to be produced by means of a pumping unit. There is a steel production tank of an unknown capacity (less than 50 barrels) near the well. The well and tank are less than 10 feet from Ohio State Route 26. There is no identification present, and RBDMS indicates that production has never been reported. Updated pictures were taken. I spoke with Walter Dyes son, Mr. Chuck Dye on 2/13/2019, and he disputed the well being placed under owner number 1281, Dye Walter M. He stated that the well was operated by Unglaciated Industries.
1516381166 2018-01-19 Production Wells No Violations Status check inspection found the well equipped with 6.625 diameter production casing and 2 diameter production tubing. There is also an additional 1 diameter gas relief packer tubing string present. Attached to the tubing well head is a 1 diameter plastic production flow line with no valve present. Attached to the 1 vent packer string is a 1 plastic flow line with a valve present in line and in the open position. On location near the well is a steel design production tank of approximate 300 barrels capacity. Both the well head and tank sit in close proximity to Ohio State Route 26. Reviewing the State RBDMS database the well was place on Walter Dyes bond around 2006 but has never had commercial production reported. Photographs taken on this day.
