0792707895 2014-05-14 Plug / Plug Back No Violations Notification was received today from Troy Harmon that they have moved a service rig in and was pulling the tubing and rods and were preparing to plug the well beginning on Friday 05/16/2014, Inspector Cindy Vandyke was called and asked to cover the job for me due to the short notification and me being out of hours.
1400269384 2014-05-16 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I arrived on location as Harmons Well Service crew were loading into the dump, a 2nd load of clay to put down this hole to plug it. Inspector B. Stolarik asked me to check on them as he could not make it out this day. I watched them mix it properly with water and send down the hole, stopping occasionally to check with a rock down the hole, listening to make sure the well was not bridging off. Clay was from Logan and looked very fine. They hoped to fill hole to top, move the rig before the rain, then top this well off Monday morning. They had used approx. 12-13 ton when I left at noon.
