1500127795 2014-05-12 Production Wells No Violations My inspection this day at the request of Bill Stolarik, Inspector for Monroe County, to meet with Aaron Rousenberg and Glen English, owners of the wells, to GPS their well locations and assign permit numbers. Columbus assigned this new number and the information has been passed on to Aaron. This well has rods, tubing, and a pumping unit with the tanks down along the road.
2002846510 2016-06-14 Production Wells No Violations Producing well status check inspection found the well equipped with 6.625 production casing -2 production tubing with the well set up to produce oil only by the means of a pumping unit. A single 100 barrel production tank is present in an established dike area. On this day I contacted Aaron Rosenberg with Lishbergh Petroleum who indicated He was the owner and producer of the said well. Aaron indicated He had submitted production to the Division and was under the understanding after His last request in 2014 to have the wells inspected and identified He was the registered owner. I informed Aaron that He needed to submit a form 7 & 7A along with any further required paperwork to the Divisions Surety and Bonding section.
