0565754525 | 2012-11-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | Historic Production well (HP) inspection. There was an open 5 1/2 casing with no pump jack, tubing, or rod. Fluid level was around 350-400 in depth. Landowner has placed a cement block over casing hole which is located under fallen tree debris. Old production equipment on site. There is one 100 barrel tank and knockout unit, both of which have heavy corrosion. Bottom of tank has started to leak due to the rust. Well has no posted ownership or ID. Landowner, Alva Heiss, was told the well will most likely be placed on I & O list. I have contacted I & O inspector Cindy VanDyke in order to start the I & O process. |
