Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1806659858 2016-12-29 Production Wells No Violations As I pulled up to this well the landowner came out of his house asking who I was and the intent of my visit. I gave him my card and informed him I was just here to do an inspection and ask him a few questions. He informed me he built his house about a year ago and does not own the well but, he does use it for house gas. He told me the tank down the road from him is not associated with any sort of oil and gas well but was used to fuel up trucks with diesel by another landowner. The inspection today revealed that this well is equipped with a 4 inch diameter well head, 1 1/2 inch diameter production tubing, and 2 inch diameter plastic production lines. The plastic lines are buried underground and lead to the landowners house. There are no issues to report at this time.
