1695142703 2016-12-29 Production Wells No Violations I stopped at the landowner John Wilsons home to introduce myself and ask him about his well on his property. He informed me that this well is used only for house gas as well as another well owned by Petroquest on his property. He informed me that the tank near his well is not associated with his well but the Petroquest well. The inspection this day revealed that this well is equipped with a 4 1/2 inch diameter wellhead, 2 inch diameter steel production lines, and 2 inch diameter plastic production lines leading to the house. The valves were open at the time of inspection. There are no issues to report at the time of inspection.
