Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0000PL9740 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
1395162418 2014-03-18 Production Wells No Violations There is a one 100bbl tank and separator adjacent to the well location. The flow lines are disconnected from the tank to the separator. There is a pumpjack foundation but no pumpjack and wellhead. The flow lines are disconnected from separator and end right at wellhead location. I will return at a later date to issue compliance notice 1509.12B.

1423156523 2015-02-05 Production Wells No Violations Compliance Follow-up 1413818834: I was asked by John Schneider of Stonebridge to be on location for the excavation of the wellhead. Field Crew were present with a backhoe and dug an area ~5 X 5 where they found the well. It is equipped with an 11 conductor, 8 5/8 surface casing, 4.5 production casing with a reducer swage, and a 2 reducer swage plugged with a threaded bushing. The soil around the casing was black and gray colored most likely due to leaking gas. There was an odor of gas and the well showed signs of heavy rusting and scaling. The landowner was present and stated the previous operator walked away from the well because it started producing H2S. The Field Technician, Charlie McClelland, installed a brass valve with a digital pressure gauge which displayed 0.6 psi. They placed an above ground marker in the casing and filled the hole back in with dirt. I called and filled John Schneider in with the details and explained the well issues and the need to plug the well as soon as possible.
