0501819616 2013-04-09 Production Wells Violations Noted Upon inspection, I found dike was half full of brine. Quantab tested 2135 ppm of chlorides. There is evidence that some of the brine had spilled over into the access road. Operator needs to remove or repair leaking tank and remove contamination from inside the dike, and correct issues in order to prevent any escape of brine or other wastes. Robert Jr of Temple said he would take care of dike issues in the next few days.
0544970959 2013-06-03 Production Wells No Violations Compliance Action Follow-up 501819616: Dike still contained orange briny water. I suspect, as in previous inspection, that one of the tanks has small leak and is mixing with rainwater. I ran into Tracy Swingle and he said they had fixed the tank leak and were now using the plastic tank for brine. I will come back when it is dry to see if there are any other signs of leaking tanks.

One of tracys brothers was across the road at injection facility and said he would suck the brine out with his truck. He said they fixed the original leak but thought maybe there was another one. He will check it out and take care of the issue. Tracy stated he will prob remove one of the tanks, clean out contaminated soil, and throw down fresh gravel.

1514303953 2018-04-04 Production Wells No Violations I was on location today to do a field inspection on this well. This well appears to be in production at this time. The well has a pumping unit on it with rods and tubing in the well. The production valves at the wellhead are open to the production tank. There are 2-100 barrel storage tanks located out at the end of the lease road for this well. The identification for the well is located at the wellhead and the production tank. There are no violations at this time. I talked with Tracy today during my inspection. He arrived on location as I was leaving.
