The well is currently producing gas and Swingle has been reporting gas production since 2008. There has been no final well completion report filed therefore well is still being listed as DR (Drilling). Pit is still on location and filled with sediment and water. Liner is exposed in all places. No restoration of well location has taken place at this time. I called and talked to James Swingle and he said he will send in the well completion report and have the rig removed and pit filled and restored within 30 days. Swingle Drilling will need to fill, grade, and seed pit and surrounding well location in order to comply with 1509.072. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of bond. |
