The Berea plug was set from 1376-1176 feet. After talking it over with Steve Minor from Artex he has decided to let the plug setup today then come back in tomorrow to set the final two plugs. Plugging operations will continue tomorrow. |

When the rig crew tagged the bottom plug they found that the formation had drank most of the plug so they ran the tubing back in the well to reset the plug. They pumped another 30 sacks of Class A cement. The rig crew then pulled the tubing out of the well so they could rip the 4.5 inch casing. Before the rig crew ripped the 4.5 inch casing they tagged the plug at 5,986 feet. The rig crew then started to retrieve the 4.5 inch casing. They were able to find free pipe at 4,035 feet. The pipe was ripped at this point and one 5 foot pulling sub was pulled from the well to make sure pipe was free before the Clinton plug was set. Plugging operations will continue tomorrow. |

Today the rig crew had Formation Cementing on location to set the Clinton plug from 4030 feet and the bottom of the 7 inch from 3016-2816 feet. Both of the plugs were set through the 4.5 inch diameter casing. The rig crew will now remove the 4.5 inch casing from the well then find free pipe in the 7 inch casing to retrieve it. The rig crew was able to retrieve the 7 inch casing at 2030 feet. The 7 inch will now be removed from the well and the tubing will be ran back in to set the remainder of the plugs. |
