The well is incapable of production at this time due to the lack of equipment. Rods and tubing have been pulled, the 4.5 inch well head is on the ground by the tubing rack. Some 4.5 inch casing is on the tubing rack also. At least one joint of tubing is hanging in the well on a set of manual slips and has a bucket over the top of it. No pumping unit on the site. 1:12 pm phoned Jack Fishburn and talked with him about plugging or producing the well, he would like to produce the well but has problems with the casing. I told him that I need to see some action at the site with in 30 days or I will issue an NOV. 1:19 pm Phoned and talked to Mr. Linder told him of my findings and the action that I have taken so far. |
