Found oil on the ground around the well head and a small amount in the lease road, as the result of recent servicing of the rods and tubing ( steam cleaned the tubing). Also a slight odor of gas at this time. Called and talked to Shaun Baldrige of Maram Energy and requested that he do some clean up around the site and that they install a charcoal filer on the vent openings of the storage tanks.

1277983578 2010-07-01 Production Wells Violations Noted On site to check the report of gas odors. Mr. Briggs the neighbor to the west of the well, said that the well is leaking gas and is making his wife sick. He would like me to test the gas to see if it is poisonous.

On site at 7:24 am. Took gas meter reading and looked at the well head for cracks and open valves. No valves open at this time. Slight odor by well head. No reading on gas meter at this time. Talked briefly with Mr. Briggs. The well is incapable of production at this time due to the lack of equipment. No pumping unit, separator or storage facilities. >Maram Energy Co its Agents, Assignees and or Successors shall plug the well by July 31,2010.

Call Josh Chase (Maram Energy) and he stated he had a landowner waiver for stated items which was mailed to the state. Nothing is on file with the state as of 9/5/12, Josh was going to get a copy and forward to me.
1355408412 2012-12-13 Final Restoration No Violations Follow-up to final restoration inspection 9/5/2012. Received sighed land owner waiver (form 5) for the access road. Maram Energy plans to remove the remaining electric pole which will complete the restoration.
1365190517 2013-04-05 Final Restoration No Violations Maram Energy has removed the one electric pole. Location needs some grading, and remnant pieces of the pit liner cleaned up as well as a plastic pvc pipe sticking up above the ground remains. Talked to Josh Chase Maram Energy and plan to meet Tuesday 4/9/2013 with Mr. John Mason (landowner) to discuss. Status: Final Restoration not complete.
